Selby Library provides information, tools and resources to enhance nonprofit organizations’ leadership and management capabilities and provides research that assists grantseekers in diversifying their funding bases. The library houses a cooperating collection of the Foundation Center, a leading authority on philanthropy that is dedicated to serving grantseekers, grantmakers, researchers, policymakers, the media and the general public. This association allows us to offer patrons comprehensive grant seeking sources such as "The Foundation Directory," "Foundation Grants to Individuals," "The Foundation 1000" and "The Foundation Center Guide to Proposal Writing." We also provide access to FC Search: the Foundation Center Database on CD ROM, a comprehensive database of U.S. foundation and corporate giving programs with their associated grants and with links directly to many of their Web sites. The grants research collection also contains a wealth of materials to supplement the Foundation Center collection.
